1. Deadlines and Important Information
We deliver throughout Brazil via the Post Office and partner Carriers.
The delivery time is calculated based on your order's processing time (product separation, packaging, and issuance of fiscal documents, done within up to 3 business days), plus the shipping method's time chosen at the time of purchase for your city. Remember that the shipping time starts from the confirmation of payment of your order;
Orders placed after business hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be prepared for shipment starting the next business day;
Refuse delivery if your order packaging is tampered with or damaged. If the product has a manufacturing defect or is not in perfect condition, contact us immediately.
2. How Deliveries are Made
Our deliveries are made through the Post Office and partner carriers. You will receive an email with the tracking code and a link to access and track the details of your delivery;
The Post Office and partner carriers do not allow scheduling delivery dates and times, as they cannot anticipate the chosen route for each region.
3. Occasional Cases
3.1 Absence of Receiver
Check the status of your order with the information received in the email. If a delivery attempt has been made, please wait between 24 and 48 hours. There will be 3 consecutive delivery attempts. On the 3rd delivery attempt, if there is no one to receive it, the order will be returned to The Fit Company and we will have to charge a new shipping fee for the resend after the order returns.
3.2 Incomplete Address
Check the status of your order with the information received in the email. If your address is incomplete, please send an email confirming your delivery address. Your order will return to The Fit Company.
If the delivery address you registered is incorrect or incomplete, we will have to charge a new shipping fee for the resend, which will occur after the order returns.
3.3 Delivery in Apartment
Inform the concierge that you made a purchase on our site and that delivery will be made soon;
Check with the front desk if the product has been delivered.
3.4 Order Refusal
Ensure that the people responsible for receiving the product did not refuse to accept it.
3.5 Natural and Adverse Factors
Ensure that on the "scheduled" delivery days, there were no heavy rains, accidents, or strikes in the region where the product should be delivered, preventing the arrival of the carrier.
3.6 Stolen Item
If a delivery transport robbery occurs and the order is stolen, please contact our customer service and inform them of the occurrence. We will handle the incident with the logistics company, and your order will be immediately produced again and sent to the desired address.
3.7 Late Delivered Item
If your order doesn't arrive within the time frame specified during your purchase, the following process will be carried out:
