1. How to Buy
1.1 Register
In the top right corner of the screen, click on "My Account." You will be directed to a new screen. Select the "Sign Up" option and then fill in all the fields with your information. Done, registration complete!
The registration information requested is used exclusively for issuing your invoice, shipping your order, and contacting you if necessary.
1.2 Purchasing Process
It is quick, practical, and secure to shop at The Fit Company. Follow these steps:
1. Browse through the store and choose your products;
2. On the product page, choose the variation: size and color (if available), and click the "Buy" button. A box will open showing the selected product. To buy more products, simply click "Continue Shopping" and to complete your order, click "Checkout";
3. Next, just enter your email and confirm your password. If you are not yet registered in our online store, create your account;
4. Confirm your purchase by filling in the delivery address and selecting the payment method. You can pay via bank slip, pix, or credit card;
5. Then, you will receive your order confirmation. You need to wait for payment confirmation before leaving the page. If the selected payment option is a bank slip, print or download it. Write down your order number so our customer service team can easily and quickly locate your information.
1.3 Secure Purchase
On The Fit Company website, you browse with complete security. Our servers use the SSL standard, which protects information during browsing.
All your information is confidential and kept in complete privacy. The Fit Company uses your information solely and exclusively to deliver and charge for the products purchased, verify order history, and communicate efficiently with its customers when necessary.
Your card data is not stored in our system. We use the payment system to communicate your card information with your credit card operator, so no card details are stored on our site.
2. Payment Methods
You can pay for your purchase via Bank Slip, Pix, or Credit Card.
2.1 Bank Slip
You can pay your bank slip at any bank or lottery outlet. Payment validation will be done by the next business day after paying the slip. We remind you that your order's production starts only after the payment confirmation of the slip, which can take up to 3 days after payment.
2.2 Pix / Credit Card
Payment confirmation via pix or credit card occurs within moments after your order is placed. As soon as your payment is processed by your bank or credit card operator, you will receive a confirmation email.
2.3 Installment
You can pay for your purchases in up to 3 installments Interest-Free, with minimum payments of R$60.00, or in up to 12 installments With Interest.
2.4 Payment Denied
If your order payment is not approved, pay attention to some factors:
• Your card limit may be exceeded. If so, make the purchase again with another card or via bank slip;
• You may have selected the wrong card type or entered incorrect information;
• Your card operator may need to contact you by phone to authorize the purchase.
3. Delivery Times and Shipping Methods
We deliver throughout Brazil via the Post Office and partner Carriers.
After payment confirmation, the delivery time is calculated based on your order's processing time (product separation, packaging, and issuance of fiscal documents, done within up to 3 business days), plus the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase for your city. Remember that the shipping time starts from the confirmation of your order payment.
Orders placed after business hours, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed for shipment starting the next business day. Do not accept delivery if your order packaging is tampered with or damaged. If the product has a manufacturing defect or is not in perfect condition, contact us immediately.
