Only the order holder can make the request;

The timeframe to cancel or exchange your purchase is 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product or subscription (Article 49 – Consumer Defense Code);

Before sending the product, contact our customer service team via phone, WhatsApp, or email to initiate the reverse logistics process;

All products sent to The Fit Company due to defects will undergo a technical analysis to verify if there is any manufacturing defect. If it is determined that the product does not have a defect, or shows signs of misuse, the exchange will not be made, and the product will be sent back to the customer, with the reshipping costs being the customer's responsibility.

In case of cancellation or exchange of the product, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals, invoice, and must not show any signs of use;
  • Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a technical analysis. If there are no signs of misuse, the refund or exchange will be made to the customer within 10 business days;
  • Products returned without this communication or outside the timeframe will be resent without prior consultation, and costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund of amounts:

  • If the chosen payment method was a bank slip, we will refund the amount through a bank transfer to the account of the purchase holder within 10 business days;
  • On purchases made with a credit card, the total amount will be refunded through a reversal within 10 business days. If your billing cycle closes before that, the reversal will appear on the next statement. Check with the credit card issuer to see how the refund will be reflected on your statement;
  • Third-party accounts will not be accepted.

Important:

We recommend opening the package in the presence of the delivery person, and if there is any discrepancy, refuse the receipt and contact us immediately;

Products may have differences in batches, meaning if a second purchase of the same product is made, there may be variations in shades and details. We are not responsible for this type of exchange. Please note the product may present a different shade than seen on the monitor;

Products that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the original address. Under these conditions, The Fit Company does not take responsibility for exchange or return and reserves the right to charge the shipping.
